Check your Mobi credit and account validity You can check the credit and Mobi account validity in several different ways:- Enter *123# and press the call key. The credit and account validity appear on your mobile screen.
- Call 123 and press 1.
- Use free service called Monitor (the use requires you to have a password).
- When the credit on your mobile is less than 0,99 EUR, you will be notified by a voice message.
- After your credit only allows another 60 seconds of calltime, you will be notified by a bleep in your handset.
- The credit of your mobile is reduced after the use of each service.
- Mobile can be topped up with several consecutive top-ups, up to 500 EUR.
Top-up and validity periods
When using Mobi system, be careful about the validity of your pre-paid Mobi account and duration of each top-up.Up to 90 days
The day of the top-up, is also the first day of the 90-day period, which allows the use of services (you can receive calls, texts and media messages even if you have no credit on your mobile). During this period you can top up your mobile with added credits. Each time you add credit to your mobile, a new 90-day countdown begins, while the new credit is automatically added to the existing unused credit on your mobile.From 91 to 270 days
If you have not topped up your mobile for 90 days from the last top-up, your mobile number is temporary locked and the use of services disabled. You can only call 121, 123 and 112. To reactivate your number, your mobile must be topped up. New credit is added to the existing credit and a new countdown period of 90 days begins.After 270 days
After 270 days of the last top-up have elapsed, your Mobi account is permanently locked. You can not register to the network with the SIM-card and can not top up your mobile. Unused credit irrevocably expires. You can not obtain the same phone number again.
Complaints
Complaints about Mobi scratch cards can be filed in person in Telekom Stores or in writing. A complaint in writing must include: a Mobi scratch card, the subject of the complaint, a copy of Mobi certificate and a receipt. Following General Terms And Conditions of Operations, customers receive replies to their complaints within 8 days.
Tip! You can avoid complaints by carefully removing the protective layer on the scratch card to uncover the 16-digit number. We suggest not to use sharp objects.
