Mobiroaming is now automatically available to all pre-paid Mobi customers. You can:
- receive calls
- make calls – regular or outbound return calls (outbound calling mode depends on foreign operators)
- receive and send texts
Customers can use these services provided the credit allows them to do so (depending on the service tariffs).
Regular calling mode (CAMEL-roaming)
Make calls as usual in the domestic network, only make sure to dial the international form of a selected number:
Networks of operators, which enable CAMEL-roaming allow more than just receiving and making calls. You can also:
- send and receive texts
- browse mobile portal Planet – using regular CSD connection
- send and receive media messages – using regular CSD connection
Voice mailbox and outbound fax communication are not available.
Calling by a return call
This calling mode is available in networks of operators, which support calling by means of the following string command:
- Enter *125*00386XXXXXXXX# and press dial key. You are abroad and wish to make a call to Slovenia on 041700700. Simply dial the following command string: *125*0038641700700#dial key.
- Mobile screen displays »calling, connecting« or another similar message.
- When your mobile rings in a few seconds, answering the call initiates calling the selected number.
- The connection is set, after you have answered the call.
Networks of operators, which enable return call, also allow more than just receiving and making calls. You can also:
- send and receive texts
- top-up your mobile by using the following command string: *123*number#dial key
Voicemail (voice mailbox), data connections and outbound fax communication are not available.
If foreign operators do not support pre-paid Mobi roamings, you can receive inbound calls and receive or send texts.
Videotelephony is available in networks of operators, who have a CAMEL roaming and UMTS roaming agreement with Telekom Slovenia and their network supports Videotelephony.
